Shipping
We’re a small operation, so we need 2-5 business days to process your order. Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey.

Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You have 14 days from your delivery date to return items.

- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping—every time.

- Or email us directly at info@butterandlye.com with your order number and return reason.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund in 5-7 business days. It’ll go straight back to your original payment method.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package doesn’t show up, let us know. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to get you a replacement or refund.
